Army General Analysis - PART 10D, reviewing Siege PvP Conflict Groups & Assistant General Rankings, Attribute Methodology

Note:  In the past few days, Mu Guiying has been "stealth" fixed. She's now in Conflict Group SG3, which matches her "Base / Built-In Skill" wording.

The Siege PvP March works well against average everyday players that don't spend much money on the game and players that have a large amount of T1-T12 Siege Troops.  However, against All-Star Level Players with the full 12-Set Achaemenidae Debuff Gear, it will lose much of its effectiveness.
